Halliburton in Singapore is offering a credit-bearing full-time internship from December 2026 to May/June 2027 in the procurement and digital solutions space. You will assess SAP S/4HANA readiness, map processes, and explore automations using Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power BI to improve procurement efficiency and supplier collaboration.

• Currently pursuing Bachelor/Master Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Supply Chain Management with strong digital competencies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Power BI and data visualization tools.

Responsabilidades

• 1. SAP S/4HANA Readiness & Digital Solutions: Assess procurement processes and SAP T-Codes, identify replacement solutions, support process mapping, testing, gap analysis, and UAT.
• 2. RFQ Automation & Process Digitalization: Analyze RFQ process, develop digital solutions to automate RFQ creation, supplier communication, quotation collection, and approval workflows; design dashboards to track RFQ status and sourcing effectiveness; support standardization and digitalization of sourcing activities.

Job Duties

1. SAP S/4HANA Readiness & Digital Solutions

• Assess current procurement processes and SAP T-Codes that may be impacted by SAP S/4HANA migration.
• Identify replacement solutions using SAP Fiori, Power Platform, automation tools, or custom applications.
• Support process mapping, testing, gap analysis, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Recommend digital solutions that improve procurement efficiency and support future-state processes in S/4HANA

2. RFQ Automation & Process Digitalization

• Analyze the current RFQ (Request for Quotation) process and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop digital solutions to automate RFQ creation, supplier communication, quotation collection, and approval workflows.
• Explore Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate) to reduce manual effort and improve process cycle time.
• Design dashboards to track RFQ status, supplier participation, response rates, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Support the standardization and digitalization of sourcing activities.

Qualifications Required

• Able to commit full time credit bearing internship from Dec 2026/Jan to May/June 2027
• Currently pursuing Bachelor/Master Degree in:
• Information Systems
• Computer Science
• Business Analytics
• Data Analytics
• Supply Chain Management with strong digital competencies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Power BI and data visualization tools.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred

• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Basic knowledge of SAP ERP and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with API, SQL, Python, or data analysis tools.
• Experience in workflow automation and digital solution development.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
