Job summary
NTS is seeking a Procurement Team Lead in Singapore to drive the procurement scope of New Product Introduction and program delivery from concept through mass production. You will own material cost, ensure supplier readiness, and collaborate across Engineering, Quality, SCM and Operations to meet cost, quality and delivery targets.
The role requires 5–10 years in procurement or program management in a contract manufacturing, semiconductor or high-tech setting, with strong leadership and project
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5–10 years of procurement, supply chain or program mgmt experience.
- Experience in contract manufacturing, semiconductor or high-tech environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Procurement NPI and program delivery from concept through mass production.
- Own NPI material cost and ensure total project cost meets targets.
- Drive cost optimization with Category Management and suppliers.
- Coordinate cross-functionally across Procurement, Engineering, Quality, SCM and Operations.
- Drive supplier qualification and readiness activities (FAI, pilot builds, ramp readiness).
- Manage program risks, issues, escalations and recovery plans; act as primary interface for material topics.
- Establish governance, milestones and reporting cadence; handover to Operations with full material readiness.
