Zusammenfassung

NTS Singapore seeks a Procurement Team Lead to drive end-to-end procurement for new product introductions and programs. You will lead material cost management, supplier readiness, and cross-functional execution with Engineering, Quality, SCM and Operations.

You will own cost optimization initiatives, manage risks, and ensure successful transition of programs into mass production, while aligning with project requirements and customer expectations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business) with 5–10 years in procurement/supply chain/program management.
• Experience managing NPI programs and transitioning products to volume production.
• Strong knowledge of procurement fundamentals, supplier management, cost control, and lead times.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end Procurement NPI and program delivery from concept through mass production.
• Own NPI material cost and ensure total project cost meets or outperforms pricing.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives with Category Management and suppliers.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across Procurement, Engineering, Quality, SCM and Operations.
• Drive supplier qualification and readiness activities, including FAI, pilot builds, ramp readiness and capacity planning.
• Manage program risks, issues and escalations; act as primary interface for material topics.
• Establish program governance, milestones and reporting cadence; ensure structured handover to Operations.
