EA Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Materials Planner for a role located at Tuas Crescent, Singapore. The position focuses on planning, purchasing, inventory control and supplier coordination to ensure on-time production and delivery.

Responsibilities include issuing POs, monitoring stock, coordinating shipments, and generating SAP reports. Diploma holders with 3 years of relevant experience are preferred; Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:15pm, Basic SGD 3,600–SGD 4,200 + AWS + VB with transport provided.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree with 3 years of relevant experience in materials planning or procurement.

Mansioni

• Perform materials planning and purchasing to fulfil sales needs.
• Monitor/review inventory stocking policy to balance supply and inventory.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers according to policy.
• Ensure order accuracy and follow up with suppliers.
• Liaise and monitor shipments with forwarder and suppliers.
• Monitor deliveries and resolve undelivered issues.
• Prepare import/shipment documentation and assist warehouse checks.
• Coordinate deliveries, assembly or distribution to meet production schedules.
• Generate SAP reports for analysis as required.
• Create item master data in SAP and maintain purchasing files.
