Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Purchasing Executive to manage materials planning and SAP-based purchasing in a manufacturing setting. You will coordinate orders with local and overseas suppliers, track shipments and maintain accurate item-master data in SAP.
The role requires a Diploma/Degree in a related field and at least three years in purchasing or materials planning, with strong Excel skills and supplier coordination capabilities.
Formación
- Diploma or Degree in supply chain, logistics or related discipline.
- Experience with purchasing, procurement or materials planning.
- Hands-on ERP usage; SAP experience advantageous.
Responsabilidades
- Plan material purchases based on demand, requirements and inventory levels.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders to local and overseas suppliers.
- Monitor inventory to ensure material availability while controlling excess stock.
- Coordinate inbound shipments with freight forwarders and track deliveries.
- Generate purchasing and inventory reports from SAP for monitoring and analysis.
- Create and maintain item-master records in SAP and update supplier data.
