LS 2 Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Procurement Manager/Executive to lead end-to-end sourcing, negotiation, and supplier selection. You will identify advanced equipment and automation solutions to boost productivity and reduce manual labour, while aligning with sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in procurement, supply chain, engineering, business administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of procurement experience; management role implies more experience.
• Exposure to equipment sourcing, automation or technology procurement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, negotiation and supplier selection.
• Identify, evaluate and source advanced equipment, automation solutions and smart technologies.
• Support initiatives addressing ageing workforce through mechanisation and digitalisation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to introduce innovative solutions improving efficiency.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors including equipment suppliers and technology providers.
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with contracts.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
• Drive cost optimisation balancing quality, sustainability and innovation.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports on purchasing trends, cost savings and supplier performance.
• Support tender submissions and contract management.
