Job summary

BNL Services Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced procurement professional to lead the development and execution of procurement strategies for a diverse fleet and advanced technologies, including robotics and IoT-enabled equipment.

You will identify and onboard key suppliers, manage contract negotiations, and establish framework agreements to optimize spend while meeting sustainability and compliance targets. The role requires strong data reporting and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of procurement or supply chain management experience; engineering, waste management, fleet operations, or environmental services exposure is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills with proven cost-savings.
• Experience managing end-to-end procurement processes and reporting metrics to management.
• Technical familiarity with heavy vehicle parts, industrial equipment, or engineering supplies is desirable.
• Proficient in procurement software and advanced data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review procurement strategies and processes for diverse fleets and technologies.
• Identify and onboard suppliers, contractors, and technology providers including robotics and automation vendors.
• Evaluate supplier and technology performance for quality, pricing, and delivery, benchmarking new solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations and establish long-term framework agreements to optimize spend.
• Track and report purchasing metrics, inventory turnover, and procurement KPIs to management.
• Coordinate with Fleet, Operations, Engineering, Innovation/Technology, and Finance to align purchasing with operational needs.
• Monitor supply chain risks and manage inventory for spare parts and materials.
• Stay updated on robotics, autonomous tech, and smart fleet solutions to identify procurement opportunities.
• Ensure purchasing workflows comply with internal controls, ISO standards, and safety regulations.
