Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 8 to 10 years of procurement experience in education or public sectors.
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, contract management and contract law.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA MM and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities across assigned divisions.
• Provide timely and practical procurement advice supporting divisions' timelines.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the University's goals.
• Drive value creation, cost optimisation and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Analyse spend to provide insights to support informed decision-making.
