Job summary

Singapore Infrastructure Investments and Construction Group is seeking a procurement leader to oversee sourcing, supplier management, contracts, and inventory planning. You will drive tenders, negotiations and supplier onboarding, ensuring timely supply and cost efficiency across projects.

You will manage contracts and orders, set stock levels with warehouse and finance, and implement procurement policies while reporting performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Business, Supply Chain, Economics or a related field.
• Experience in purchasing or procurement; 3 years or more preferred.
• Familiar with tendering, quotation and purchasing processes.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan purchases based on business needs and demand forecasts, and choose the right sourcing method.
• Prepare and run tenders, quotations and negotiations, and evaluate bids.
• Develop negotiation strategies and secure competitive pricing and terms.
• Identify, assess and onboard suppliers, including site visits and sample checks.
• Monitor supplier performance against agreed criteria and build long-term partnerships.
• Resolve contract, delivery and payment issues with suppliers.
• Draft, issue and manage purchase contracts and purchase orders.
• Follow up on orders and take action when supply issues arise.
• Work with the warehouse and finance teams to set stock levels and keep supply on time.
• Set up and improve procurement policies, procedures and forms.
• Report procurement performance to senior management regularly.

About the Role

Lead the company's purchasing function, from sourcing and supplier management to contracts and inventory planning.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Tendering

• Plan purchases based on business needs and demand forecasts, and choose the right sourcing method

• Prepare and run tenders, quotations and negotiations, and evaluate bids

Requirements
