Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable procurement and logistics professional to manage purchasing, stock control and supplier coordination in Singapore.

You will prepare weekly reports, forecast needs and work with freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries. The role requires at least 2 years in procurement/logistics with supervisory experience and familiarity with WMS or similar SCM systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification; Diploma or Degree is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of procurement, logistics, service or order fulfilment experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience with WMS and supply chain management systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit weekly inventory reports and stock forecasts to the Managing Director
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, track purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain accurate purchasing, delivery and invoice records
• Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and inventory control
• Manage stock transfers and inventory adjustments as required
• Support ad-hoc projects and other operational duties
