Job summary

KLA is seeking a seasoned Procurement Leader in Singapore to drive end-to-end purchasing, supplier management, and cost optimization within the Global Operations (GOPS) team. You will lead a purchasing team, negotiate contracts, and collaborate across Planning, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and procurement skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily purchasing activities to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials and services.
• Review and approve purchase requisitions and purchase orders within authorized limits.
• Monitor inventory levels, supplier lead times, and demand forecasts to prevent material shortages and excess inventory.
• Coordinate with Planning, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Logistics teams to support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements.
• Supervise, coach, and develop purchasing team members and establish performance goals.
• Drive cost reduction opportunities through strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies, ethics standards, and regulatory requirements.
