SUPER BEAN INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is looking for a Procurement Executive / Senior Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end procurement, supplier evaluation, and negotiations to drive cost efficiency and operational reliability.

You will coordinate with R&D, Operations, Marketing, and Project teams, ensuring timely delivery and compliant documentation. Knowledge of Navision and strong MS Office skills are a plus.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or related field.
  • Experience in end-to-end procurement and supplier management.
  • Strong sourcing, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of supplier evaluation and commercial terms.
  • Experience in food industry or F&B support is preferred.
  • Knowledge of import/export, logistics and customs processes is an advantage.
  • Good organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Navision experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Source products, materials, equipment, and packaging from local and overseas suppliers.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers based on quality, pricing, capability, and reliability.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
  • Explore alternative suppliers and sourcing opportunities to support business needs and growth.
  • Manage the procurement process from requisition to order, delivery, and payment documentation.
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply issues.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, warehouse, logistics, and suppliers for smooth operations.
  • Maintain procurement records, supplier information, and pricing.
  • Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, payment terms, and other commercial conditions.
  • Conduct price comparisons and cost analysis to identify savings.
  • Support business in achieving better value and profitability.
  • Ensure purchased items meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Review supplier documents and certifications; work with QA on non-conformances.
  • Support cross-department teams for new products and initiatives.
  • Prepare procurement reports on spend, supplier performance, and cost savings.
  • Maintain procurement SOPs and processes.

About the Role

We are looking for a Procurement Executive / Senior Procurement Executive to join our team and support the business through effective sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and supplier evaluation to negotiation, purchasing, delivery, and documentation. The role requires strong sourcing and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities that support cost efficiency, operational needs, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Supplier Management

  • Source products, materials, equipment, and packaging from local and overseas suppliers.

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers based on quality, pricing, capability, and reliability.

  • Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.

  • Explore alternative suppliers and sourcing opportunities to support business needs and growth.

2. End-to-End Procurement

  • Manage the procurement process from purchase requisition to purchase order, delivery, and payment documentation.

  • Follow up closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any supply issues.

  • Coordinate with internal departments, warehouse, logistics, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

  • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information, and pricing.

3. Cost Negotiation & Savings

  • Negotiate pricing, MOQ, lead time, payment terms, and other commercial conditions.

  • Conduct price comparisons and cost analysis.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through alternative suppliers, products, materials, or solutions.

  • Support the business in achieving better value and improving profitability.

4. Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure purchased items meet the required quality and operational standards.

  • Review relevant supplier and product documents and certifications.

  • Work closely with QA and suppliers to resolve quality issues and non-conformances.

5. Cross-Department Support

  • Work closely with R&D, Operations, Marketing, and Project teams to support new products, equipment, and business initiatives.

  • Support urgent and ad-hoc sourcing requirements when needed.

  • Provide procurement solutions that support business expansion and operational requirements.

6. Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Prepare procurement reports, including spending, supplier performance, and cost savings.

  • Maintain proper procurement documentation for audit and internal review.

  • Support the development and improvement of procurement SOPs and processes.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Experience in end-to-end procurement and supplier management.

  • Strong sourcing, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Good understanding of supplier evaluation and commercial terms.

  • Experience in the food industry or F&B support is preferred.
