Job summary

Savile Lloyd is seeking a Procurement Director to lead the procurement strategy across large-scale construction projects in Singapore. The role requires steering a high-performing team, negotiating strategic contracts, and aligning procurement with business goals.

You will collaborate with executive leadership and other functions to support major pursuits, manage risks, and ensure ESG and compliance across all procurement activities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in procurement and supply chain within construction.
• Senior leadership or director-level experience.
• Residency or Right to Work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the procurement strategy aligned with business goals.
• Provide strategic leadership to the procurement team and drive high performance.
• Oversee multi-project procurement activities, contracts, and supply chain performance.
• Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate framework agreements for long-term value.
• Develop robust supply chain strategies and mitigate procurement risks.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support bids, value engineering, and growth.
