Job summary

SPEMOCEAN PTE LTD is seeking an experienced procurement professional to drive end-to-end procurement and supply chain execution for an EPIC project. You will oversee MR/RFQ, LOA, PO issuance, subcontracting, expediting, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery of materials and services in line with project baselines.

Responsibilities include developing a robust procurement plan, managing tendering and negotiations, and maintaining strong supplier performance across overseas packages.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in large-scale international project procurement, tendering and inquiry.
• Expediting, subcontract administration and supplier performance management experience.
• Experience with overseas projects and owner-facing reporting.
• Strong cross-team coordination, risk-analysis and problem-solving for multiple packages under tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement activities from MR/RFQ to PO issuance and logistics delivery for EPIC project.
• Develop and own the project master procurement plan with milestones (MR, RFQ, TBE, LOA, PO, ETA, ROS).
• Support tendering, technical clarifications, negotiations and subcontracting for engineering services.
• Manage supplier qualification, evaluations and performance reviews with progress tracking for overseas projects.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Construction, Quality and project teams; prepare procurement progress reports and owner queries.
