Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel; exposure to Power BI or data visualisation tools preferred.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to work with data and stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn procurement processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize with Coupa e-procurement and explore system features.
• Support daily sourcing and procurement operations.
• Collect, cleanse, and analyze procurement data for spend insights.
• Design and build Power BI dashboards and automate reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
