Schneider Electric Singapore Pte Ltd is offering an internship for a Category Analyst Intern in Kallang, Singapore. The role focuses on data analysis, ERP usage, and procurement-related projects within the Distribution team.

Interns will gain experience in spend analysis, price implementation, and vendor interactions with international teams. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics or a related field and has strong IT skills (Excel/Tableau) with some programming

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering, Computing, Mathematics, Physics or Business
• Strong IT background especially Excel/Tableau and programming skills
• Good communication skills to work with multiple regions
• Passionate about data processing, analytics and learning new tools
• Strong project management skills to manage timelines and objectives

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: prepare data for Quarterly Business Review
• Maintain database for Supplier Playbook
• Analyze spend and ad hoc projects
• Assist in annual negotiation: data cleaning and price implementation
• Support project management with vendors and stakeholders
