Qualifications

• ITE in Chemical Process technology or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
• 3 to 6 years operational experience in petrochemical/gas/chemical industry.
• Exposure to process plant operations and site-based activities.
• Ability to comply with Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Support for Operational readiness of the plant, including walkdowns & punch listing, preparing SOPs & routine schedules etc.
• To manage operations to ensure it is maintained safe, reliable, and efficient.
• The operations are to achieve key performance indicators (KPI’s) and annual plan objectives.
• Accountable for compliance with safety, health, environmental, quality and relevant industry standards.
• Accountable for safe, efficient, and reliable operation of assets.
• Accountable for investigating and trouble shooting process issues and outages.
• Support process improvement, productivity and reliability projects.
• Accountable for the planning, supervision, and execution of operation activities.
• Accountable for compliance to all Procedures, Routines, Logs and other Operational Processes.
• Accountable for meeting contractual and supply commitments.
• Accountable for planning and executing TAR operational activities.
• Accountable for controllable site costs.
• Accountable for timely and accurate data reporting.
