Job summary

CCD (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive technician to support daily plant operations, ensuring safety and efficiency. You will work with engineers to monitor processes, perform sampling, data logging, and record readings at scheduled times.

The role requires an ITE/ diploma in chemical engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience in a chemical plant environment. It involves 12-hour rotating shifts and on-site presence.

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma in Chemical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in process engineering and manufacturing operations in a chemical plant environment.
• Ability to perform 12-hour rotating shifts (8:00am to 20:00pm)

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operation support to Engineers to ensure safety and efficiency of the plant
• Perform routine sampling, patrolling and data logging
• Obtain samples for the QA lab in accordance to the sampling timing.
• Record readings onsite at scheduled timing and handle abnormalities in the process.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Engineer or Manager.
