Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (Singapore Branch) seeks a Process Safety Engineer to support LNG project safety activities, including HAZOP, SIL and risk assessments, and to review safety documentation such as PFDs, P&IDs and technical reports.

You will coordinate with Process, HSE and other engineering disciplines on process safety matters, prepare technical reports and meeting minutes, and follow up on safety review actions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Chemical, Process, Petrochemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Process engineering background acceptable; direct Process Safety experience is an advantage.
• Exposure to HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, PFD or P&ID is preferred.
• The work place is located at Jurong East area.

Responsibilities

• Support process safety activities for Oil & Gas LNG projects, including HAZOP, SIL and risk assessment.
• Review process and safety-related documents, including PFDs, P&IDs and technical reports.
• Coordinate with Process, HSE and other engineering disciplines on process safety matters.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, meeting minutes and follow up on safety review action items.
• Support other process engineering and process safety activities as required.
• Participate / coordinate the project main tasks, such as Mechanical Completion (MC), Ready for Start-up (RFSU), Pre-Start-up Safety Review (PSSR), etc
