Job summary

GASHUBUNITED UTILITY PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced HSE & Process Safety Manager for an on-site, full‑time role in Singapore. You will develop and maintain LNG plant safety systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead hazard analyses, incident investigations, and emergency response planning.

You will oversee safe work practices, training, audits, and contractor safety, coordinating with operations, maintenance HSSE, and engineering to reduce risk and improve safety performance.

Qualifications

• Lead development and maintenance of Health, Safety & Process Safety Management (PSM) systems.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH, MOM and SCDF guidelines for LNG operations.
• Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and manage Major Accident Hazards.
• Oversee safe work systems, PPE controls, and contractor safety performance.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis and action tracking.
• Develop ERP plans and conduct safety drills; liaise with regulators and emergency services.
• Deliver safety training and promote a safety leadership culture.
• Prepare safety reports, KPIs, and management reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the LNG plant's HSE & PSM systems and records.
• Manage LNG cylinder filling, storage, and cryogenic safety operations.
• Coordinate emergency response planning and training across teams.
• Lead investigations for incidents and near-misses with corrective actions.
• Oversee audits, regulatory submissions, and MOC processes.
• Plan logistics, safety, and compliance for plant operations and deliveries.
