Job summary

STMICROELECTRONICS PTE LTD is seeking an experienced professional to collaborate with R&D, Development and Process Integration for advanced technology development and process improvements. You will engage cross-area teams to transfer technology and products while coordinating with manufacturing to resolve yield and quality issues.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Experience with statistical process controls and data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with fabrication processes and device physics is preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with RND, Development and Process Integration for new development and process improvement.
Engage and lead cross-area teams for technology and/or product transfer.
Coordinate with manufacturing and process engineering to resolve yield and quality issues.
Work with module teams to optimize processes for manufacturability, yield and performance.
Design, execute and analyze experiments to improve fab process, yield and quality.
Ensure technology and product development are qualified with high quality.
