Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Process Engineer to lead technology transfer, scale-up, and manufacturing excellence initiatives. You will collaborate with Technical Services, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, and Automation to develop robust, compliant processes and drive efficiency across projects.

Qualifications include a degree in a related field and 2–5 years in process engineering within regulated environments; strong analytical and cross-functional skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Process Development.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/regulated manufacturing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering activities for capital projects and technology transfer.
• Provide manufacturing engineering support during development, scale-up, and commercialisation of new technologies.
• Plan and conduct process testing, studies, and evaluations for new processes and technology transfers.
• Establish CPPs and KPPs to support validation and equipment qualification.
• Act as SME for assigned processes/equipment and support troubleshooting and CAPA.
• Develop process concepts, PFDs, and project scopes; identify opportunities for safety, quality, yield, and cost improvements.
