Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a manufacturing professional to support end-to-end cGMP production in a regulated biotechnology environment. The role focuses on ensuring smooth manufacturing processes, process improvement, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include executing manufacturing activities per SOPs, performing cleanroom tasks, operating equipment, and maintaining accurate documentation to support compliance and safety in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, or related discipline.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (biotech/pharma) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of cGMP and cleanroom practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine and non-routine manufacturing activities per SOPs and batch records.
• Perform cleanroom operations including equipment setup, cleaning, sterilisation, filtration, and material handling.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and process control systems while maintaining GMP compliance.
• Conduct production sampling, process checks, and accurate recording of manufacturing data.
• Assist with troubleshooting, deviation investigations, and corrective actions to maintain efficiency.
• Support process transfer, validation, equipment commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate batch records, logbooks, and production documentation.
• Contribute to workplace safety, quality standards, and audit readiness.
