HYVE SOLUTIONS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior Manufacturing Engineering & Facilities leader to drive 전략 alignment with business growth.

You will lead engineering teams to optimize processes, costs, and quality while overseeing site infrastructure and capital projects. Responsibilities include driving continuous improvement, establishing KPIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in manufacturing engineering and facilities management.
Strong background in optimizing processes, automation, and large-scale operations.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
Track record of managing large capital projects (e.g. >$20M).
Solid understanding of engineering standards, compliance, and operational risk.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Own and drive Manufacturing Engineering & Facilities strategy aligned with business growth.
Lead engineering teams to optimize process efficiency, cost, and quality.
Oversee site infrastructure, facilities operations, and capital projects.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation across manufacturing processes.
Establish and monitor engineering KPIs and performance metrics.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support NPI and operational excellence.
Identify risks, resolve complex issues, and implement scalable solutions.
Ensure compliance with EHS, regulatory, and company standards.
Lead crisis management and act as a key site leader when required.
