Job summary

HYVE SOLUTIONS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior Manufacturing Engineering & Facilities leader to drive 전략 alignment with business growth.

You will lead engineering teams to optimize processes, costs, and quality while overseeing site infrastructure and capital projects. Responsibilities include driving continuous improvement, establishing KPIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing engineering and facilities management.
• Strong background in optimizing processes, automation, and large-scale operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Track record of managing large capital projects (e.g. >$20M).
• Solid understanding of engineering standards, compliance, and operational risk.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
