Job summary

THE EDGE PARTNERSHIP HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Process Manager to lead special process and manufacturing engineering activities in its Singapore operations.

The role focuses on driving process development, troubleshooting, and capability enhancement while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in special process manufacturing and strong people leadership, with onsite work in Singapore and experience in MRO or advanced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in a related Engineering field.
• 10+ years' experience in special process manufacturing with strong people management and leadership experience.
• Experience in MRO or advanced manufacturing preferred.
• Exposure to NDT, machining, electroplating, materials or process engineering.
• Comfortable working fully onsite in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead special processes including machining, NDT, plating, coating and related manufacturing activities.
• Drive Lean / Kaizen / continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership for process development, troubleshooting and capability enhancement.
