Job summary

STMicroelectronics PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable Process Engineer to monitor SPC charts and control limits for wet module operations, identify unusual patterns, and support corrective actions.

You will maintain records, support quality meetings, and drive continuous improvement by analyzing Cp/Cpk metrics and applying RCA/8D CAPA in a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, preferably in wet process, wet clean, wet etch or process engineering.
• Strong knowledge of SPC principles, process variation, process stability and Cp/Cpk.
• Familiarity with FMEA, RCA, 8D, CAPA and change management.
• Good analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
