Job summary

Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation (VIS) is seeking a process engineer to analyze SPC charts and Cp/Cpk, annotating data to sustain quality. You will employ JMP and Klarity ACE to study split lots, DOE data, and yield sorting.

Responsibilities include uploading recipes via RMS, ensuring content compliance, and following up on 3L5W, MRB, 8D, TECN, or ECN updates while guiding junior engineers. You will troubleshoot issues in recipes and metrology tools and support new equipment

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics/Chemical Process/Chemistry/Physics is required.
• Semiconductor experience is preferred and basic exposure is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze SPC charts and Cp/Cpk; annotate to maintain quality.
• Use JMP and Klarity ACE to analyze split lots, DOE data, and yield sorting.
• Upload recipes using RMS and ensure recipe content compliance.
• Follow up on 3L5W, MRB, 8D, TECN, or ECN updates; mentor juniors.
• Set up and troubleshoot issues in recipes/job files across metrology tools.
• Act as process engineer for new equipment acceptance; understand R&R concepts.

Requirements
