Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory PTE. LTD. seeks a Process Engineer (Operations) to analyze and optimize production processes at our Tuas facility. You will leverage SCADA data, apply process standards, and drive safety and efficiency improvements.

Key duties include risk assessments, designing new processes, overseeing plant operations, and implementing best practices to enhance throughput and quality while managing costs and schedules. This role offers growth in a structured manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of process industry experience.
• Strong working knowledge of process-related standards, Process Improvement, and Safety Management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate existing processes, take measurements and interpret data including SCADA system operations.
• Perform risk assessments.
• Research, design, and develop processes to optimize productivity and workflow.
• Oversee operations and maintenance of facility processes.
• Determine the organization and setup of operations.
• Oversee implementation of new processes and procedures.
• Investigate and troubleshoot any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operations.
• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve throughput and quality of output.
• Manage cost and time constraints.
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
• Involve and perform PSM and Hazop study.
• Become turn key manager to plan and execute plant shutdown.
• To undertake any other assignment given by the Management from time to time.

Process Engineer (Operations)

Location:Tuas,Company Transport / Transport Allowance ($120) if candidate possess own transport

Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)

Basic: $3800 to $4300

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of process industry experience.
• Strong working knowledge of process-related standards, Process Improvement, and Safety Management.
