Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Tuas, Singapore, is seeking a Process Engineer (Operations) to drive digital transformation through data analysis, process optimization and safe, efficient plant operations. The role is a permanent, five-day week with company transport provided.

You will analyze processes, lead process improvements, manage project scopes, and ensure SOPs and PSM/HAZOP activities are properly executed. Strong technical and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the process industry.
• Strong knowledge of process engineering standards and safety.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes, collect and assess data, and interpret performance metrics including SCADA operations.
• Conduct process and operational risk assessments.
• Design and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor operation and maintenance of facility processes to ensure reliable performance.
• Establish operational structures, workflows and process arrangements.
• Oversee implementation of new processes, systems and SOPs.
• Identify, investigate and resolve process, procedural and operational issues.
• Develop standard practices and innovative solutions to improve production efficiency and output quality.
• Manage project timelines, resources and cost requirements for effective execution.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
• Participate in Process Safety Management (PSM) activities and HAZOP studies.
• Act as turnkey manager for plant shutdowns, including planning and execution.

• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes, collect and assess operational data, and interpret performance metrics, including SCADA system operations, in support of the company's digital transformation initiatives.


• Conduct process and operational risk assessments.


• Research, design, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and workflow.
