Vantive is seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer to drive projects, improve factory performance, and support maintenance. You will lead change initiatives, optimize machine and process reliability, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure GMP compliance.

The role involves labeling updates, process validation, and collaboration with supply chain and regulatory affairs to implement regional requirements. A degree in engineering with hands-on project experience is preferred.

Formación

• Degree with min 3 years experience; fresh Degree welcome.
• Experience in engineering projects management and coordination.
• Background in industrial automation, electrical and controls engineering.
• Familiar with GMP for medical/pharma manufacturing.
• IQ/OQ/PQ knowledge would be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage projects / Product or Process Change and Enhancement; liaise with stakeholders on requirements, deadlines and validation.
• Improve manufacturing processes for higher predictability and lower production costs; identify opportunities and implement changes.
• Support manufacturing and maintenance engineering.
• Analyze machine/process issues related to customer complaints and implement corrective actions; may lead technicians.
• Label Change: feasibility studies, draft label copy, coordinate with supply chain and vendors; ensure compliance.
• Ensure EHS compliance and safe working environment.
