Qualifications

• Degree with 3+ years in engineering project management or similar.
• Experience in engineering project management and coordination.
• Background in industrial automation, electrical and controls engineering.
• Familiar with GMP and medical/pharmaceutical manufacturing requirements.
• Knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and process changes from requirements to validation.
• Liaise with stakeholders on specifications, deadlines, feasibility and validation.
• Lead change control, specification changes and validation activities.
• Improve manufacturing process reliability and reduce costs.
• Support manufacturing and maintenance engineering activities.
• Analyze machine/process issues from customer feedback and implement CAPA.
• Coordinate label changes with cross-functional teams.
