Job summary

TALENT SEARCH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Degree-qualified Process Engineer to join our European MNC client at Ang Mo Kio.

You will evaluate new equipment, products, processes and materials, sustain and control existing manufacturing processes, and support process control, equipment, quality and shipment requirements. You will monitor process variables, analyze deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions, drive continuous improvements from process yield and cost savings,

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering.
• 3 years of process engineering experience in backend semiconductor industry.
• Bonding wire process / material characterization experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and solving skills using statistical tools (SPC, Minitab and JMP).
• Understand and apply root cause analysis methodologies using Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, DOE.

Responsibilities

Requirement
