Job summary

Forte Employment Services Pte Ltd in Ang Mo Kio seeks a Manufacturing Process Engineer to sustain and optimize manufacturing processes and troubleshoot production issues. You will support bonding wire production activities and work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and update documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor of Engineering in related fields, strong troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of SPC/Statistical tools. Base location is Singapore, with a standard 5-day workweek.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical & Electronics or related field.
Experience in resolving a manufacturing process and product issues independently.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of statistical tools (SPC, Minitab/JMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

Sustain and optimize manufacturing processes.
Troubleshoot production issues.
Support daily bonding wire production activities related to process control and equipment performance.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, NPI and Quality Assurance to improve processes, procedures, workflows and update FMEA, Control Plan, SOP documentation.
