Formación

• Bachelor or Master degree in relevant engineering or physical science fields.
• Strong aptitude for research and development and ability to create production-worthy technologies.
• Ability to develop and maintain relations with multi-functional teams and vendors.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
• Highly motivated and adaptable to demanding, dynamic and rapidly changing work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and optimize lithography processes to meet yield and quality requirements of advanced replacement gate 3D NAND parts.
• Apply AI to develop and deploy algorithms for photolithography process development.
• Quantify benefits of innovative process/equipment solutions for early experimentation and margin improvement.
• Prioritize Singapore-based manufacturing lithography issues for R&D breakthroughs.
• Integrate and troubleshoot processes within cross-functional teams to improve yield and quality.
• Collaborate with Boise R&D peers on technology adaptation and cost optimization for upcoming nodes.
• Identify disruptive processes early and chart viable paths forward.
• Perform fundamental research, hardware evaluations, and test processes for novel applications and IP generation.
• Identify process simplification opportunities and drive multi-functional implementation.
• Incorporate best known manufacturing methods into early development of upcoming nodes.
• Design and implement advanced process monitoring and control methodologies.
• Provide counsel to management on significant technical issues and lead projects through patents/publications.
• Communicate with partners locally and globally, adhering to Micron IP policies.
