Qualifications

• PhD, or Master’s ≥3 yrs, or Bachelor’s ≥5 yrs in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Strong foundation in chemistry, chemical kinetics, thermodynamics, and mass transport.
• DOE / SPC data analysis skills (e.g., Y3) to analyze experiments and outcomes; knowledge of memory process flow.
• Cross-functional collaboration, concise communication, and prioritization in a dynamic environment.
• AI literacy to apply baseline digital tools responsibly for research and analysis.

Responsabilités

• Process Development & Margin Improvement: optimize unit wet processes for NAND types and improve margins.
• Cross‑functional Integration: troubleshoot processes with teams; translate device needs into process requirements.
• Innovation / IP / Supplier Engagement: participate in experiments and supplier workstreams.
• Monitoring, Control & Documentation: maintain records, implement process monitoring, and adhere to IP policies.
• AI‑enabled efficiency: integrate AI tools to improve accuracy and throughput.
