Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead photolithography process development for memory technologies in Singapore. You will perform hands-on experiments, DOE/ SPC analyses, and yield improvement activities, translating results into actionable insights.

Strong fundamentals in photolithography and data interpretation are essential. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams, support technology transfer, and integrate AI-assisted tools to boost efficiency and quality

Qualifications

• PhD, MS, or BS with relevant experience in semiconductor photolithography process development.
• Deep knowledge in optics, immersion lithography, polarized illumination, and low k1 imaging.
• Proficiency in lithography simulation tools and basic statistical data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Execute photolithography process development, optimization, and troubleshooting in yield/quality targets.
• Perform DOE, SPC, and statistical analysis to characterize process behavior.
• Support material evaluations, defect learning, overlay analysis, and process window characterization.
