Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an engineering support professional to assist validation of new equipment and processes on the production floor. You will troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, regulatory awareness, and development of technical capabilities across departments. Basic hand tools and workshop equipment familiarity is required.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Basic project coordination experience.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
• Understanding of ESD best practices.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and workshop equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in validating new equipment and processes.

Support manufacturing operations. This role acts as a first-line technical problem solver to ensure Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety (QCDS) targets are achieved.Support process validation, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
