• Manage and provide direct technical and application support for process analytics systems in Singapore.
• Coordinate with sales team and sub-vendors for integration of process analyzer.
• Perform troubleshooting and conduct site visits for process analyzers.
• Set up onsite trials and conduct reviews with customers.
• Prepare and deliver in-house and onsite technical/product training to customers.
• Create technical materials to support the sales team.
