You will provide direct technical and application support for process analytics with multinational manufacturers, and coordinate with sales teams and vendors for system integrations.

Responsibilities include on-site troubleshooting, setting up trials, delivering technical and product training, and creating materials to support the sales force.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Environmental), Engineering (Environmental, Water Treatment) or equivalent.
• 1 - 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Candidate will act as a Application Engineer for this job position.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide direct technical and application support for process analytics business in Singapore.
• Coordinate with sales team, sub vendors for the integration of process analyzer.
• Perform troubleshooting and conduct site visit for process analyzer.
• Setup onsite trial and conduct review with customer.
• Prepare and deliver in-house and onsite technical/product training to customers.
• Create technical materials to support the sales team.

Education
