Job summary

FINEXIS ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a service-oriented professional to support our Private Wealth Services business in Singapore.

You will own daily servicing of client and partner accounts, coordinate cases from submission to completion, and keep all parties informed throughout the process. You will also conduct purposeful outreach to clients to follow up on opportunities and strengthen relationships. Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in client servicing, account management, case management, sales support or operations.
• Experience in life insurance, financial advisory, wealth management, private banking, insurance broking or a related field is preferred.
• Strong ownership and the ability to manage several active cases and competing deadlines without losing sight of details.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication with a service-minded approach when handling clients and partners.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality when handling client information.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous; Malay is also an advantage.
• Completion of RES5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, BCP, PGI and ComGI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a reliable point of contact for assigned clients and business partners, providing clear updates on enquiries and case progress.
• Manage cases end to end, including onboarding, document collection, submission, underwriting follow up, and servicing after the sale.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy, maintain case records, and follow up on outstanding items.
• Coordinate with advisers, operations, compliance, finance and management, as well as insurers and solution providers to resolve issues.
• Identify bottlenecks and escalate urgent or high-risk matters appropriately.
• Conduct follow-up outreach to clients or partners, arrange meetings and reviews, and nurture enquiries.
• Assist in the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and service-related correspondence.
• Suggest improvements to templates, trackers, and processes based on recurring service issues.
