finexis advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a service oriented professional to support Private Wealth Services, owning daily client servicing and case progression.

You will coordinate from submission to completion, liaise with advisers, operations, and insurers, and build client relationships through purposeful outreach.

The role requires 4+ years in client servicing or operations, with Mandarin and Malay language skills advantageous, and a focus on confidentiality and accuracy.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in business, finance, banking, economics or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in client servicing, account management, case management, sales support or operations; life insurance/wealth management experience is preferred.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple cases with deadlines.
• Professional written and verbal communication; confidentiality and discretion essential.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous; Malay is a plus.
• Completion of RES5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, BCP, PGI and ComGI is preferred.

Mansioni

• Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients and business partners with prompt, clear updates.
• Manage cases end to end: onboarding, document collection, submission, underwriting follow-up, issuance, and servicing after sale.
• Review documents for completeness and maintain accurate case records and trackers.
• Coordinate with advisers, operations, compliance, finance, insurers, and providers to meet timelines.
• Identify bottlenecks and unblock cases; escalate urgent issues when needed.
• Conduct outreach to clients/partners, arrange meetings, and nurture inquiries.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and service correspondence.
• Suggest improvements to templates, trackers, and processes based on recurring issues.
