Job summary

Citco Fund Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd. is seeking a Supervisor – Private Equity in Changi to lead a small accounting team responsible for the administration of Private Equity funds, NAV calculations, and monthly/quarterly reporting.

You will coordinate with clients, investors, and auditors while ensuring IFRS/USGAAP compliance and accurate financial statements. The role requires 5+ years in accounting within financial services, supervisory experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or equivalent with professional qualification in progress.
• 5+ years’ experience in accounting for financial services, private equity, asset management or fund administration.
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Experience with general ledger and financial statements.
• Familiarity with private equity fund administration systems such as Investran.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee services under Administration Agreements for Private Equity funds.
• Maintain books and records and calculate fund NAVs.
• Coordinate and review monthly/quarterly reporting and performance metrics.
• Coordinate carried interest, performance, and incentive fee calculations.
• Coordinate investor allocations for capital calls, distributions and equalizations.
• Supervise junior staff and review work, acting as primary client contact.
