Job summary

PROFILE SEARCH & SELECTION (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Private Credit Associate/AVP to join its investment team in Singapore. You will evaluate opportunities, build models, and support transactions across infrastructure and real asset credit strategies.

The role offers broad exposure to underwriting, portfolio monitoring, and capital formation, working closely with senior investment professionals and cross-functional teams in a dynamic private markets environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/ Economics/ Accounting/ Business or related field.
• 2–8 years of relevant experience in private credit, corporate banking or asset management.
• Strong financial modelling and risk assessment abilities.
• Solid understanding of credit fundamentals and underwriting.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal.
• Well organised with ability to handle multiple workstreams.
• Experience in infra/real assets or structured credit is a plus.
• Business-level Japanese proficiency is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment and financing opportunities against strategy and risk.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models including cash flow forecasts.
• Conduct due diligence across financial, commercial and risk areas.
• Prepare investment committee materials and recommendations.
• Perform credit, market and liquidity risk analysis; stress testing.
• Support transaction execution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio investments, covenant compliance and risk.
• Assist in investor presentations and market research.
• Collaborate with risk, operations, legal and compliance teams.
