DEEPCLOUD INTERACTIVES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Private Chef to prepare healthy, high-quality meals for a private household in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will confidently cook Chinese, Western and Japanese cuisine, independently plan menus, manage grocery shopping, control kitchen inventory and minimise food waste while maintaining impeccable hygiene and discretion in a private setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as Private Chef or Personal Chef preferred.
• Ability to cook Chinese, Western and Japanese cuisine confidently.
• Capable of planning menus and shopping to meet weekly schedules.
• Strong inventory and stock-control skills.
• Experience accommodating gluten-free dietary requirements and cross-contamination prevention.
• Independent and reliable in a private household.
• Excellent time-management and organisation.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals including lunch and dinner according to family preferences.
• Plan weekly menus with nutrition, variety and taste balance.
• Prepare a variety of Chinese, Western and Japanese dishes.
• Plan grocery requirements based on weekly menus and household needs.
• Check fridge, freezer and pantry stock before purchasing groceries.
• Purchase fresh, high-quality ingredients and manage quantities.
• Maintain hygienic and well-organised kitchen.
• Coordinate with domestic helpers on meal prep during days off or weekends.
• Provide clear instructions on food prep, storage and reheating.
• Be flexible with changes to meal plans or schedules.
