Qualifications

• Proven track record as Private Chef or Senior Cook.
• Culinary expertise in Chinese, Western, and Japanese cuisines.
• Experience in strict gluten-free cooking and managing dietary restrictions.
• Excellent kitchen management, inventory control, and waste reduction.
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Professional, discreet, and respectful of family privacy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare daily lunch and dinner menus tailored to the family’s preferences.
• Prepare a diverse range of Chinese, Western, and Japanese dishes.
• Strictly adhere to dietary requirements, ensuring meals are gluten-free with no cross-contamination.
• Prepare elevated meals for guests and family gatherings as required.
• Coordinate with domestic helpers on food preparation, storage, and reheating during chef’s off-days.
