Reve Partners Executive Search is partnering with an international private bank to recruit a Business Manager for the SEA markets. The role is at Associate Director – Director level and will be based in Singapore.

The successful candidate will work with leadership and front office teams on strategic initiatives, manage business pipelines, and help develop reporting tools to support day-to-day front office operations while ensuring regulatory and risk controls are in place.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Front Office Business Support/Business Management or similar within Private Banking.
• Strong analytical and data management capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across Front Office and control/support functions.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Private Banking environment.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leadership and front office on business initiatives, sales processes and strategic projects.
• Manage and monitor business pipelines for performance reporting.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards and management information.
• Support daily Front Office activities and processes.
• Support Front Office on account opening/closure, system and reporting issues, queries and other ad-hoc requirements.
• Ensure Front Office activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal controls to mitigate risk.
