Aufgaben

• Attend to client enquiries and requests, maintaining high standards of client service.
• Explain operational matters to clients and develop their awareness and ability to comply with processes.
• Promptly address client feedback and complaints.
• Manage Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and ensure compliance with group procedures.
• Provide support to Offshore Representative Offices and log/guide transaction instructions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely, accurate data input in consistent formats.
• Adhere to selling process and sales quality requirements; ensure credit applications meet deadlines.
