Job summary

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in private wealth management and be proficient in Mandarin and English, along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the private wealth management industry.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Proficiency in Cantonese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers servicing Private Banking clients.
• Assist with account openings and interface with clients to ensure completion of documentation requirements.
• Handle and follow up on clients’ enquiries and service requests in a timely manner.
