Evolution Singapore is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to collaborate with Private Banking specialists to elicit, analyse and document business requirements, including current-state and future-state processes. You will define detailed functional and non-functional requirements and assess impact for seamless system integration.

You will manage scope, risks and changes, maintain BRDs, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Formación

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements (as-is and to-be).
• Define functional and non-functional requirements and assess impact on processes and systems.
• Prepare and maintain BRDs and traceability matrices.
• Review functional specifications and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Translate requirements into test scenarios with testers and SIT/UAT teams.
• Support change requests, risk/issue tracking and project scope management.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and training for application enhancements.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with System Analysts, solution architects and operations teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Collaborate with Test Managers to translate business requirements into test scenarios and review test cases.
• Support SIT/UAT activities and classify testing findings as defects or changes.
